unwanted

unwanted

A Poem by jaide

Ive never felt so small

I tried to fix it to give it my all.

Im so f*****g out of place

And now i walk trying not to leave a trace.

Theres this lurking hatred and envy anytime i come around

The only time you seem happy is when i can't get up off the ground

My past haunts me like and old abandoned house

You all seek shelter in my broken roof just like a mouse.

Cold and cluttered, you speak quietly so youre whispers don't be told

You seem to forget youre hiding in my roof and all the holes are left unclosed.

I hear your whispers and all your miserable thoughts

I sit here and think about who im becoming, but at what loss?
