A love letter to my enemy

Did you notice that when you hurt
that I felt your pain.
Did you believe that I cared
even to hear your name.
Often you were not there
and it’s clear a shame.
When I admitted to you my love
It’s fear you gained.
How could one care
If their tears were drained
by someone whom matters?
Not even a year had came.
You finally had to leave
and it’s clear that you came
to leave and not to stay.
And still, here I remain.


Pieces of the puzzle always are split.
Don’t try to make a match
with one that does not fit.
Always remember never to quit.
Take the piece you’ve got
and give what you get.
Try to make it work
Try to rearrange
Anything lost can be found, reclaimed.
Fear of my heart, fear of my shame.
Puzzles start as nothing but all end the same.
Complete as a whole, together as a pair.
Even if it’s broken it can be fixed because there.. always are the pieces to keep it together.
