Her Demise

His pale blue eyes
His bright smile
The reason for her demise,

Her tears so futile

 

Her heart bled,

Her soul cried,

Sweet tears, her eyes shed

It couldn't take the pain, it peacefully died

 

Alone, she was

A lover, trapped
Lovely, she was

Her beauty, much like her, trapped

 

And now,

Her body lays,

Take a while, now

Day after day

 

Forever gone

Because of you

You finally won

Are you happy now, she's gone, because of you

Okay, so I'm not good at rhyming poems. I suck at them, really. So if it sucks, just say so please and I'll edit it... :]

The lines echoed deception. Breeding on lies would surely lead to one's death in the end. This was a sad piece. Just keep on writing and you wouldn't have to worry about rhyme scheme. :)
