Prey

Prey

A Poem by Jade (insanity)

A small girl
Once wondered alone
Petite and graceful
She roamed alone

Once upon a time
There was a small girl
Petite and graceful
She stumbled upon

The ground moist
The girl did not fret
She stood her ground
But she walked on along

Contradictions
I know
She walked
And stood

The girl
She was petite and graceful
Perfect prey
Especially for him

He strode behind her
Moving along
She didn't suspect a thing
He moved in silence

She couldn't hear him
Not take two steps toward her
So the last thing she knew
Her body spiralled down

the imagery isn't bad, the structure starts pretty well, but kinda unwraps towards the end!
not bad none the less!

You're beautiful. It's society that's fucked.
