The GirlA Poem by jadecg
They all stare down at the girl in the coffin.
Sixteen, too young to die. They all regretted what they had said to her, but moreover what they hadn't. Running through each person's mind was something they wanted to say but were too afraid to say it. That's what happens, no one can say what they really feel in fear of rejection. Lucky me though, I get to hear each and every thought they had. Why? Because I'm the girl in the coffin. The girl who was sixteen. The girl who was too young to die. © 2014 jadecg |
