My Greatest Fear of All

My Greatest Fear of All

A Poem by Jade Mayhew

I'm not afraid of dying,

I'd laugh in the face of Death.

It's never gonna frighten me,

I'll take my final breath.

I'm not afraid of falling,

There's always someone there.

It's never gonna frighten me,

I'll get the highest air.

I'm not afraid of losing,

It's proof that no one's always right.

It's never gonna frighten me,

I'll sleep just fine at night.

I'm not afraid of many things;

If I'm lost or scared, I'll call.

But I am afraid of losing you;

That's my greatest fear of all.
