A Poem by trekkerj
"

birds and water

"

The docks creak with the moving of the boats with the waves

on the land by the street trees stand along the road in the front

half as big as a big tree so high and full

buds swollen to bursting

spring birds sing a symphonic raukus

each one song meant for another who may listen

a miracle of evolution that one can hear another through the din

come to me some speak

for i am one who will make babies with you

and they meet and kiss and soon eggs are in the nest.
