Before mine eyes thy truth appearsA Poem by Jack...yep, love again...
Before Mine Eyes Thy Truth Appears Loud of voice, the seas they rage Fond rippled dreams a’ cast the glow O’er endless seams adorn the page Simplicity yon evening’s show In tempered fears, O’ shunned aside For futures none they shall divide Broken streams do find their place A corner darkened pitch as night In vast imagination’s waste Lost of moonbeam fractured light This mind does view o’er vibrant sheen While searching forth among my dreams An angel true, so pure of kind In treasure trove of buried deep Doth reap the visions I might find My heart for in her world to keep As comfort pours on rocks beneath Through mist of ever warm relief Fair maiden thee, my precious dear Engulfed I fall to find thy feet Before mine eyes thy truth appears In verse my heart doth surely beat O’ skin of softest warming pride Pray, ask this weary man inside Of roses bloom, fine petals spread As curtains flurry on the wind In patterns lie across thy bed My love desires to come in To lay with thee, my silken pearl Ignited passion’s flame doth swirl Fear not, my dream, I mean no harm A gentle touch, a tender glance Lest be thy harbor from the storm Doth bring the flower of romance O’ song of heart, my truth doth sigh To love thee till the day I die © 2014 Jack...Author's Note
