The "nothing" as the last line captures the sadness the poem induced. Reminiscent of late night grieving, how thoughts get stuck and prevent sleep until it's too late. Too many morning I watched the Sun rise over some needless heartbreak or anxiety only to have them dissolve as time passed.
I am hesitant to describe such sadness as lovely, but the words certainly are.
Oh wow, see, I hate those creepy things so I was a little squeamish about reading this write but then you go and blow me away. Only you could write something as beautiful as this.
