Hickory, Dickory, DocA Poem by Jack...A tribute to a good friend to everyone here...Inspired by his humorous poetry and his friendship This is what I almost blurted out earlier Doc.These words I have chose to unlock I penned them out proud And shouted so loud “It might come a bit of a shock” He wouldn’t, he couldn’t, he Wood Come up with his humor so good From over the pond With his magic wand On comical soil he stood His smiles, from miles, he sends And the topic, well that just depends Though, surely you’ll find Never once in his rhyme A word that somehow will offend Oh damn it, the hands on the clock The tick has just started to tock So this poem I’ll end By calling him friend © 2013 Jack...Author's Note
