If Dr Seuss wrote love poetry - it would be happy and springy and light hearted like this. This is the type of poem that you cannot read without nodding and smiling!
A nice fresh breeze of poetry.

Tammy you always make me smile. Thank you so much.
awww, what a gorgeous write, yes, I remember Jack! You are the Jack of hearts, you write beautifully, and usually rhyme, I like rhymes...though I like all poetry. You have a special skill at rhyming though, like Baby Ricochet, never skip a beat. I'll be back for sure. :) I subscribed so you won't get lost again :)

Awwww, my Jackomantic! This is so you and so romantic, I love reading your loving writes, full of love and romance and you always ace them. I'm so behind on reading you and some others, catching up today as I'm off sick.

Thanks my sweet friend. I hope you feel better soon.
That was very sweet, Jack. It was simple, but well said. I like the rhyming, it made the entire poem so easy to read. My favorite part was:
"If we are old
If we are new
If in the middle
I'll always love you."
At no matter what time, teenage years, childhood, adulthood or our old age, the love remains the same, like from the very first day. I really like that thought. Excellent job! :)

Thank you so very much LSD. Your reviews = my smiles
A poem filled with innocence, real life, and romance. The short rhyming lines made the meaning flow easily and pleasantly. This was my favorite part:
If we are old
If we are new
If in the middle
I’ll always love you
Sounds like a great Valentine if you ask me, Jack. So very sweet. Lydi**

Thanks so much my friend. Maybe I'll re-feature it in February. :)
Wow, completely seamless. I don't think Dr. Seuss could've done any better! (I hope you don't take offense to that, I hold T.S. Geisel as the god of the rhyme.)
I love romantic poetry and this is lovely. Sweet and romantic and so uplifting. A pleasure to read! :) Julie
