Morning SunshineA Poem by Jack...A poem for our daily sunshine...Cassie
Morning Sunshine Clouds all a’ scatter, the greyest of views Drizzle does tickle the ground Willows are weeping amidst early gloom Sadness this world can be found Chipmunks now scurry to hide in their den Songbirds stay silent away Butterfly tear drops now longing to end Shadows they frighten this day ~~~~~~ Then the horizon a whispering sight Ribbons of cellophane gold Trinkets of beams form an early day light Frowns soon to be put on hold For outside my window now beckoning me Glowing in smiles ever fine Shimmering happiness all come to see Cassie our morning sunshine
