This is what I think I know or what I know I think Dust upon a windy sky will cause my eyes to blink Roads that lead to nowhere find there’s nowhere else to go This is what I know I think or what I think I know
Another thing I think I know or know I think...I think Roses come in pink and white and often white and pink Rivers in the summertime are often formed by snow Just another thing I think or think I know...I know
One more thought I think I thought, a thought I know I think Snowy rivers send the flowers something good to drink Dusty pink the roses on a nowhere road they grow This is what I know I think, not what I think I know
haha - chuckling! Thank you for the laugh.
It's been a good day and your poem just added the right touch, icing on the cake. Now, I would appreciate this recorded, after a few rounds of drinks - it would be quite fun to hear the tongue twisting up! :)
Funny and such a joy to read

Oh, now you throw the word "clearly" in there. That wasn't part of the original deal.
The wordplay in this one is fantastic. I like the feeling these words gave to me, with the imagery and the sublime texture, you have won me over all over again. "Snowy rivers send the flowers something good to drink"--could it get any better than this??? Your words are always so emotionally charged. Fantastic write, my friend!

A simple little play of phrases and you have sent me such sweet words. I am not sure it gets any better than this. You, my friend, are one of my most admired poets on this site and to have you enjoy what I write is a thrill that I shall never forget. I can not say thank you enough.

LOVE THIS! I smiled as I read it quietly the first time, then laughed out loud when I tripped over the "thinks" while reading aloud. This may have to be one that I memorize to recite with next year's class! Great, fun write!

Thank you so much Rita. I am happy you had a little fun with this,
I think I’m right that what you wrote was written with a smile.
I like to think, or think I do that you smile all the while.
I also think, or thought I did that life is just a blink.
I know it is, I’m certain yes I’m positive... I think.

What a cool response...I know. Thank you so much sir,
I read this out loud and it made me chuckle. Its clever the way you can play with words - but its gentle too. A little romp of a poem to make the reader smile and nod
Not much to tell about me, I am just Jack, I am a poet, a writer, a musician, a painter, a builder and a dreamer. I live in south Texas but am originally from New Jersey and miss it more and more all .. more..
