Forgotten Blood

Forgotten Blood

A Poem by silver threaded queen

the winds are calm
the water is flat
the mists clear
freedom at last
it rolls it's head
stretches it's legs
releasing anger
plans ahead
revenge comes
after hundreds of years
never forgetting
the anger and tears
it opens it's eyes
tastes led
still cannot forget the tainted red
forgotten blood
released at last
the wind is blowing
the waters are free
the mists are overcoming me

This is very sinister, its like some great and scary creature rising up to get its revenge after a long time. Spooky! I really like this.
