I don't think the proper word is dark. Because I don't think you don't have a soul, I know you're capable of feelings, so when you write it's only vengeful, not without a conscience.
You know, some of the best movies and TV shows were in black and white. The best.

Good point. I think dark was referring to death and sadness. Dark doesn't have to be a bad thing, but it is in this case.
