Crystal Walls

I woke up today

Took a look out my window

And I saw with my lost eyes

That nothing is what it seems

I breathe in deeply and

Felt a hole inside myself

The feeling lingers in the air

The way my hand searches for yours

A tire charade, a sorrow escape

To realize my discovery

Your slow breathing rhymes

Moves with the wind

But it fades once the curtains are close.

Of forever more..
