Blue and wise

Blue and wise

A Poem by Bela

With great force

You pound against the sand,

Old wisdom

Tints you blue,

As you reflect

What you see in the heavens;

Lost memories, lost ships,

Forgotten myths

Lie on your sea bed,

Distant déjà vu of mine,

I know i once lived

Inside you;

Pearls glistening

And sea urchins swimming,

My tail drying off

In the sun,

Lounging on a rock,

Salty breeze across my face,

She calls me back inside;

Its quiet, I’m free

I dive deeper.

I'm guessing in this one you were personifying yourself as a mermaid? Great idea! Okay, seriously, these poems are really good, how am I the first one to review all of these?
