Fix You

Fix You

A Poem by coma black☯

I wish I could go into your brain
and re-arrange your wires.
I wish I could cut the sadness out of you.
I really try to help you but sometimes
I can't fix you.
I wish I could take out the bad memories
and put in some good ones.
I wish I could rip out the bad parts and
replace them with something good.
But I don't think I can help you anymore.

It's up or down and most of the time
it's down.
I just wanna make you smile.
I don't get what I'm doing wrong.
Why can't I fix you?
Why can't I go into your brain?
Why can't I cut you up?
Why can't I replace the bad with the good?

Nothing makes sense.
I just want you to be happy.
A happy you makes a happy me.
