I Believe

the title says it all

I believe that everything is connected; there are just few who are tuned into that station

I believe in the people who are neglected, that is where we should show some appreciation

 

I believe that there is a better side of anything you can think of, you just have to go and seek it out

I believe that there is such a thing as love, a special person that you can’t seem to doubt

 

I believe there are times where you can’t manage to go on, you need trust, faith, and support to hold the pieces of you together

I believe it is wrong to use someone as a pawn, it can be seen as manipulating and constricting with a tether

 

I believe each and every one of us is important in our own way; we habitually fail to realize that

I believe in this winding road ahead and more often than not from the path we stray, what lies in front of us is unclear and unpredictable instead of smooth sailing as if the expanse in our horizon is flat

 

I believe that there are trillions of tiny worlds within this one; it is called imagination

I believe that exploring the hidden depths of life is fun, all that is, was, and ever will be…there is no limitation

 

I believe there is a reason behind someone touching your life, even if they may walk away and disappear as if they were a mere fabrication your mind created

I believe that negativity is rife; it drips from those who it weighted

 

I believe that if you look to the stars they will cheer you up any time you need, as if they quietly sing soft refrains that twinkle in the breeze

I believe there is a “bird” that can always be freed, one that is waiting for a passerby to open the door and not act as if they were a disease

 

I believe there are songs that speak right into the soul, even if they have not a vocal lyric to assign words to the passions displayed

I believe there are things that are out of our control, the feelings of frustration remains though in time our memories fade

 

I believe trees are very much like us, all you have to do is see things from another perspective and maybe you will understand the similarity

I believe that our ill actions will continually create a fuss; but mainly the ones that are whispered about are the happenings of sheer brutality

 

I believe in equality, everyone is whomever they like and wish to be and no one has the right to judge

I believe we all have our moments of frivolity, in times such as those we need a slight nudge

 

I believe in hopes and dreams, even those of others

I believe that all have internal screams, and we can hear another’s

 

I believe that I can believe in you, if you will allow yourself to believe in me

I believe that even if you only pass through, you will receive an ounce of strength to be all that you can be
