You didn't love me

You didn't love me

A Poem by Ivette Carina
"

Although, I never exactly use the words "You didn't love me". Its the object of this entry, to explain the facet that led me here.

"

Scarcely can I remember the many times, you abused me

Neither emotionally nor physically,

You were perfectly imperfect,

Serenity oozed out of your pores,

As you’re touched oozed into me,

As your warm embraced oozed into my soul,

As your love oozed into my heart.

Scarcely can I remember the many times, you were

Exceedingly caring and honest,

Imaging the times you showed me your love,

Trying to erase those markings out of my journal,

Trying to backspace, your last spoken words,

Arising from the past, to escape my present pain,

Arising at the right moment, but with wronged timing.
