A poem for those obsessedly inlove that werent loved back. x

You, you, you!
Why couldn't you just love me as I do?
Lovin' you is the best that I can do,
Though you're not feelin'n the same way too.

Wishing you're always here,
For you to feel how much I fear,
Without you here, without you near,
It could just take my smile to tear.

You, you and you, you're my only hope,
My inspiration to go through and cope.
You're the only reason of my ecstatic smiles,
That let me dream and fly on skies.

Hey,
nice work, great rhyming. Unrequited love, the age-old story... But
there's an exuberance to this poem, a lively energy. It puts to mind
that despite the pain of love unreturned, there's a revelry to the
sensation of loving, all the same. Keep writing!

It speaks of the desperation part of love. High school love. Love is being able to live without someone, but not wanting too. Your poem also speaks of losing your identity to love. That is my take. I like the poem and it brings that feeling through.
