Grocery ListA Poem by itsnoteoin
I don't look much in mirrors anymore
keep my gaze steady my posture correct exercise three four times a week I'm in great shape. Really. Writing plenty running a lot haven't touched a drink (rather I throw it down no hands I'm that good by now practice making perfect as practice tends to) late nights lately but that's nothing neither new nor noteworthy keep my chin up my head down interested in the catharsis of an honest day's work (repulsed by my hands but I'm figuring it out) I supplement with xanax I like the serenity it adds to my disposition my work tends to pile up so I set aside Tuesdays to deal with it all can't remember the last time I looked at the stars but f**k it they're dying also bad for the neck craning like that a few aches and pains no surprises nothing to complain much about a few nightmares that won't quit ghosts that won't quit thoughts that won't quit nothing you're unfamiliar with nothing drastic really it's just a poem they're just words I'm good I'm so f*****g good © 2015 itsnoteoin |
