Let me go

This is just a rant I guess, but the pain behind this just makes me put it here as an art form and to anyone else who thinks they are the only ones hurting, that they are not alone.

I actually give in so much now,

I have tried and I have tried to make things go right.

Now I realize that the only reason they weren't is because,

 I’m the only one that want’s that.

And that’s not even fair anymore…

 

It’s not fair  that I’m still waiting,

After four years…

I may still be in love with you,

But that hurts too much now.

So I guess I need to move on.

 

You’re ruining my life and you haven’t even said a word to me,

Just in your silence said everything I didn't want to hear.

I can’t think properly,

I can’t function in everyday life.

It would help if everywhere didn't remind me of you,

Then id be able to make conversation without trailing back to the past.
