It's been forever.
I've lost that feeling we shared.
But sometimes, I can't help

I really miss your company.
Your smile.
You laughter.
Your hugs.
You were my friend.
Now you're a stranger.

I find myself asking questions.
Like why did you leave?
Where did you go?
Why won't you come back?

There's still this vague,
Empty feeling in my chest.
Like there's a hole.
One that can't be fixed.
But I've learned my lesson.
Once you fall to hard,
There's no going back.
