This Lonely Road

This Lonely Road

A Poem by Jordyn LeBlanc
"

It's not very good. I'm sorry.

"
It really hurts to think
That you were once mine.
It's hard to go places
And not have you on my mind.
It's hard to breath
Since you were the one who took my breath away.

I walk down this road and wonder
How it all came to be.
The love we shared was endless
But now you're not near me.

You were my light
Down this road,
But now your spark
Has burnt out and I have nowhere to go.
This lonely road is dark and scary,
I need you more than ever now.
But you are nowhere near to save me once again.
