You Were There, Now You're Not

You Were There, Now You're Not

A Poem by Jordyn LeBlanc
"

I'm sorry.

"
I needed fixing,
You were there.
I needed love,
You were there.
I needed help,
You were there.

I'm broken again,
But you're not here.
I need love,
But you're not here.
I need help,
But you're nowhere near.

Nothing can help
This pain I feel.
No one except for the boy
With the blue eyes like the ocean
And the smile as bright as the stars.

You say I don't know your past,
You don't know mine either.
I can't help but miss you like crazy.
I miss you.
Please come back soon.

That is a very well written poem. Paints a picture of a real life situation, similar to one I actually had. You have a way of drawing in the reader and painting a vivid picture. Nice going! :)
