Outside, Not Really Looking

Seems a lot of people feel "outside, looking in," and it occurred to me that I am outside, but I only glance in, and kind of don't really want to "go in."

Over here, I'm outside

Not really looking in

Glancing at that window, every now and then


Too much, and yes, too little

Time to truly see

Wondering: is through that window where I should want to be?


Outsider; somehow Other

Alone and happy for it

But wondering, still glancing, that window holds some interest


Everyone is Other

Some always, some just sometimes

But all have seen the window, do you look or glance and move on?
