The Importance of Schooling

In my years of schooling so far ive learned numerous principals of great importance, but no lesson as important as actually understanding just how precious each one is. Without an education, one is nothing more than a life gone to waste, destine for failure. You could be Pablo Picasso himself, And without education, you would not have the smarts, and thereby the means to publish your work and have income from it. Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, better known simply as Mozart, died alone in poverty for making the mistake that he could go about his life without the foundation of a proper education. He was born in what is now called Austria and at the age of 6 was showing his prodigious abilities playing high skilled compositions on the viola, violin and piano. He composed miraculous pieces of music in later life such as "Eine Kleine Nachtmusik", (Serenade in G, K525), concerto No.21 and symphony No.40, which gave him the recognition he has today. But without an education, all the while his musical career flourished, he had not the knowledge of how to maintain his finances. And after becoming very ill, died at the age of 35 on the eve of his opera, La clemenza di Tito. Nothing can amount to the importance of my schooling. And if I had realized this earlier, then maybe I wouldn’t be in summer school. Now, my elemental drive is redemption for my slacking off during the school year, and I plan to do so before the program ends. I am going to 9th grade with a pencil and paper, with the knowledge that they are going to feed and house me in later life.
