The sin bird and its child

The sin bird and its child

A Poem by isiah_holmes

The poets guard snake squeeled fancy endevours into the sky, shy is the kind killer as he arose from the shallow grace shaped napsack

Squarming behind the caged sin bird

Shaking the beautiful feathers from its flesh

A serpent waits, sealed behind a door

Look to the snake, the hated child

He hates all that could be

He sleeps in pools of soft demise

Watch as he sheds his skin

He dances out of the closet

Look as his diseased flesh flesh falls away

Look to his new found feather-quills

A new sin bird was born today
