The Aftermath ExperienceA Poem by isiah_holmesInspired by the many chaotic experiences i have had being a rebel teen in a conservitive society. Hope you enjoy this look into the personal lives of some of us here in this community.
The day after chaotic nights Dear friend locked in a cob web The body is tired and the mind races They both scream into you "Not another fight"
Remember when you ran Through the ancient forest, the cold place Where many had escaped through before The forest soil, A infinite expance
Scream in morris code So your persurers dont know They dont know where to go! Beautiful friend, follow the code, follow the code to the road!
Return, return home Make sure not to Shower Not to wash the memories away Retire, and in your mind, go back to that place Free to roam In this, we finially find freedom We discover peace © 2013 isiah_holmes |
