The partnership Firm is a firm that was founded in the name of two or more people to manage a company to earn a profit. Every member of this group is called partners, and the whole company is known as a Partnership Company.

What is a Private Limited Company?

A Private Limited Company (PLC) is an unincorporated commercial entity which has been privately held. In the case of a Private Limited Company, a member's liability is limited to the number of shares that he has. Shares held in the Private Limited Company cannot be traded publicly.

When converting a Partnership Firm to a PVT LTD Company certain conditions must be fulfilled certain conditions must be fulfilled certain conditions must be fulfilled

A registered partnership is one with at least two partners.

A Partnership Deed must include a provision to transform the company into an Company.

What a total dunce. His job was to bring customers to the company, by making them WANT too know more. Instead, he defines what their kind of company does.

Schmuck, you're supposed to make the reader want to choose THAT company. But then, you're spamming a site where there are damn few people looking for what they suopply. Were you working for me your head would be on the chopping block right now.

So, of course, I wrote the company, on their Facebook page, pointing out your screw-up. It's my good turn for the day. They deserve one. You don't.

Someone, who is a truly inept writer, is spamming the Writers Cafe website, in the area reserved for members to post stories and poems, cluttering the board with unwanted and inappropriate spam, in your name. This is unethical, inconsiderate, and pretty stupid on their part, because the quality of the writing will drive away, not attract customers. Instead of talking about how good your company is, and giving reasons to choose it, he posts a meaningless explanation of what a Private Limited Company is. Obviously, he has zero training in digital marketing technique. This matters, because he makes your institution seem unworthy of the reader’s attention.

So…he's annoying the members, making the site less fun to use, making your company appear inept, and accomplishing nothing useful for you. Yet you’re paying to have it done, through your internet provider, SEO company, or advertising agency.

Obviously the best he can do is annoy the members while stealing your money. But still, the spamming matters, because if it continues, annoyed members may post negative reviews of your institution.
