Lost Love, Old Love, New love

Lost Love, Old Love, New love

A Poem by Isha Ethera
"

Possibilities linger and tease

"
I can harness the energy of this
Unsure of what THIS is ultimately
Maybe there being no ultimate

Simple in mind and in form
Its the single moment;
from here to the next

Watching, waiting for us to take hold;
or slide the pieces into place
Being one to recognize me

Overpower any discouragement
Not falling down inside
To imagined flickering scenes of illusion.

Endless minds enchantment

Reaching, sharing, connecting

All that ever was or has been

    Take our story and make it new
    I was there and saw you too
    Silently watching our life paths merge
    I’ll be pulling forward an electric surge
    Seeming distant was only pretend
    We held onto each other as lovers and friends

the very last stanza has so much to say...i almost forgot what i had read before this stanza by the time I had finished reading these six lines...
scintillating beauty!
sometimes letting go of things decides how strong you are... however letting go of someone wont necessarily mean that its the end of everything that we feel for them...
distance, sometimes can only be a pretext for something beautiful and immensely powerful!

outstanding job with this piece!

Very nice ending stanza, it certainly made it so that almost all the power was at the end of the piece.
