Good-bye

Good-bye

A Poem by Isabella

A hood that hides craze and sleeves that hide blood,

Eyes that are the key to the secrets held inside.

We are the hidden shadows, clear, but overseen

With quaking hands we sever our minds from reality.

With blood we cleanse fear that resides in our own skin

With tears we stand and stare, cold with lips of ice.

Unstable are us all, with methods stomach turning,

Steadily smiles widen, slowly reason leaves.

Killers are we all with our blades close in hand,

Red pleasing to the eyes as the drips drop and fall.

Pictures we all draw on pale and pure skin,

Sins we all create with each breath the knife creates.

The sinners that we are, we all deserve to die,

But who will be the cause? Fate or our demise?

Each drag grows deeper, the addiction too strong

The moment disappears. Our time runs dry.

.......Good-bye

My name is Isabella, but I'm also referred to as "The Great Depression". My stories and poetry can probably tell you why I'm called that. I'm only 15 and still a child in high school, but that doesn't.. more..
