Jordan's Message: You're Never Alone

Written at the passing/murder of my best friend Jordan Olivia Florence Moody! May you rest in peace with Jesus, sweetie! RIP October 29, 2010! :)

“I’m not so far away from you, I’ve only taken rest.

God told you He only lent me to you, because I was His best.

No matter how sad you’re feeling, I pray you find your smile.

I’m better here than ever there, and you’ll see me after awhile.

I haven’t forgotten your love, and I know you prayed quite much.

Just remember my joy I had, and if by chance, your life I’ve touched,

Then touch someone the same, and give them peace of mind.

God needed you to open your eyes, He just happened to use me this time.

And though you are dismayed, and you feel you are alone.

Rejoice and yes, be glad for me; I’ve finally made it home.

His perfect will is complete, and my new life is oh so great.

Remember God knows what He’s doing, and He never makes mistakes.

And maybe now, you realize that His Word was never wrong.

For He’s always walking beside you, and no you’re never alone.

I may be physically absent, but I’m living in your hearts.

I only wish the best for you, and truly, as we part.

I don’t wish I could stay here, I just wish you could have come.

For certainly, it’s the best here and my race has now been run.

I’m always in your hearts, carry my spirit wherever you go.

Love the people that surround you, and watch your own life grow.

For now, I am at peace, and I was just God’s precious loan.

Think of me often, I’m watching over you all and none of you are alone!”
