FunA Story by AshleeThis is complete randomness that I wrote for my creative writing class. I spiced it up abit and I need help with a title so please let me know what you think about the story....Moo sat on the overly comfortable green couch and stared blankly at the television set. He wondered why humans even played with the thing. It was totally boring. His thoughts halted immediatly when he saw Quack scamper across the floor with a toy dog in her jaws. Quack stopped right infront of him and looked at him happily. She giggled as he cocked his head to the side. He had a bad habit of doing that infront of her. "Moo, come play with me." Her voice was soft and angel-like. There was no real word to describe it. He gazed at her thoughtfully. She was truely wonderful and lovely, especially when the human decided to brush her fur out. But, even if they never brushed her, he would still love her to the end of his days. Moo chuckled and leaped down onto the scratchy carpeted floor. He pranced over to Quack and swatted her tail with his paws. She leaped away and crouched low as if to attack prey. She wouldn't really hurt him, it was just playful love and affection.
"MOO, QUACK." A loud high pitched voice rang out to the two animals. Moo glanced sidways to find what the humans call a toddler. He refered to it as a nightmare. The thing had given him a name, along with his mate. The stupid thing didn't even know that those were sounds cows and ducks make. Not cats.
The toddler began to crawl mischeiviously across the floor towards them. Moo just glared in its general direction. He wished the humans would just rid themselves of the demon thing. Thats what it was anyways. The thing always pulled his tail and he actually managed to pull out alot of fur. He worked really hard to get his caot nice and shiny for Quack.
"I love you." The human bratstopped and sat on its rear end.
Quack turned her head and licked his nose. She began to walk away, as she did her tail ran along Moo's neck. It was a sign of affection that no evil demon toddler child thing could ever understand or take away. Moo watched as Quack bounded away from him and into the kitchen. He knew where she would go. Moo smiled and followed after her. She was headed straight for the laundry hamper. Their favorite place to cuddle up together.
