Travis poem 2

Travis poem 2

A Poem by Ashlee
"

kinda like #1

"

Yuo push me away.

In anger and fear.

Never to love.

And never to know.

You threw your heart,

In a small locked box.

Tears flow every night.

My heart burns deep inside.

I wish that you could see,

Everything you do to me.

You held my hand,

And helped me fly.

Without you I would have died.

You helped me see,

The light inside.

And kept away,

The darkened nights.

My heart grows,

In antisapation,

That you might realize,

I'm waiting on the side.

Bound in chains,

I think of you.

I wait for you,

To set me free.

Take these chains,

And bind my heart.

I will stay with you,

In the dark.

Take my hand,

Don't be afraid.

You can do anything.

But, don't push me away.
