ROBIN HOOD

ROBIN HOOD

A Poem by inuSarah

There was a man in the neighborhood,
Who was playing deceit under his hood.
Stealing for the poor,
His greatest lure;
Twisting minds to make a sin look good.

The man hidden in a hood,
Robbing money, stealing food.
To provide the needy?
That's so tricky!
An art of disguise, people misunderstood.

That man in the neighborhood,
Faked his people by acting good.
Treated as hero,
But they did not know,
Sooner or later he would try to elude!
