This is the story of my life.
It may not be perfect.
I have struggles
I have had achievements
I have chose the rough way.
I have stumbled off the path
I have cried several tears
I have experienced pain
I have had sorrow
I have had joy
I have experienced love and loss
I have been in misery and known what it feels like to be cheated on.
I have given it my all and had it all taken away.
I have lost my respect for myself and found my way
I have found healing in simple things
I have found joy in someone's smile
I have laughed at the silly experiences from the past
I am still trying to let go of those that hurt me
I am learning to know I am safe alone
I know am not alone
I know what it means to live life with faith
I know what it means to believe
I know I can succeed.
I believe I will find my way
One day at a time I will find the inner beauty from the freedom within me.
