Never Alone

Never Alone

A Poem by Devesh

I sit beneath the clouds and look at the sky above, and below as the words start to flow like a game of habit where pearls of glass glint under the moon and not a moment to soon. I see a lamp ablaze in the distance. it tells me I'm not and I'll never be alone, as long as I sing the song of my soul. it's a dark night, but a star shines bright. I'll never be alone, I'll never be alone.

This stirred something deep inside me Devesh. Really powerful. The imagery again paints a sharp and detailed picture. I'm still envious of how easily you rhyme in your poetry. I loved this part:

"as long as I sing
the song of my soul.
it's a dark night,
but a star shines bright.
I'll never be alone,
I'll never be alone."

Nature provides best company, one is never alone in presence of nature.
What a lovely poem I have found to read when I am sitting under the open sky and surrounded by sky and clouds. You made me feel your words.
