What we see often becomes more than is in a writer's mind.. perhaps because we each see or notice different colours, shapes, shadows. etcetera. And, in the process, just for blink of an eye or a sigh, time stays still and begs a change of impossible direction. Perhaps this is how you see and feel.
'.. the stillness of the strange.' What is strange to one, can be usual or common to another.

Another darkly colored hue upon your poetry, sweetly render'd....I'd change last line first verse to 'in silence strange', but that's just me....still love'd the read. :-)
