Lost in a broth of nonsensical words

Disoriented like a rodent in a maze

 

No visible path

No guiding stars

No idea what comes next

 

Just endless prattle

Stirring the pot

Of a meal no one wishes to partake in

I loved this poem. It held a mirror up to my own life and I realized that we were living in social corruption. It was a terrifying experience but one that I needed to understand. This poem has a really meaningful punch and a brutal truth.

Seems its song is noisey, its cage dangerous, its sight unmentionable. By no means an eagle but a creature similar to a 'minor' bird with a long tongue, flights of fancy and an eventual crash landing.

It's chaos and dark clouds. As if things in the world weren't bad enough, an evil madman has come to stir the pot. He probably thinks he's immortal but he is not. Surely a clear sky is out there somewhere.
