Tilting deeper into the abyss 

As a fool crowns himself king 

 

His plague-ridden rodent’s surround 

Cheering on the master

Licking up the spoils 

 

No regard to the rule of law

With no respect for sovereign borders 

Lacking a plan in place 

 

Just half-backed concepts drawn up by a fool  

With a long history of failure 

And an even longer history of criminality

there is a part of me that doesn't care anymore the phrase "well you asked for it!" comes out of my lips fairly often these days and I'm sure we are just seeing the beginning volleys when the effects of the 50% of the country that voted for him will be long lasting and I feel a certain quantity of the people that will suffer the most are the ones that voted for him and for those people I don't feel sorry its for the poor and the marginalized that i feel pity for the kids that depended on those school lunches and breakfasts the ones that will die from no longer being inoculated the senior citizens that will lose their social security and disability the environment and our national parks these things make me sad but I cant weep for the idiots that voted him in for the veterans that heard him insult the fallen and the minorities that heard him belittle them and make racist comments the people in wheelchairs that he insulted that disabled people still voted for him for these people i have no pity they voted for hate greed and separatism for ending social justice and for ending equality for this sin I wish them all the suffering they deserve
