Indecision

Indecision

A Poem by MCS
"

“You have to do your own growing no matter how tall your grandfather was.” ~ Abraham Lincoln

"

Trust fund yahoo never worked a day

Climbs to power on his daddy’s name

Sits on the throne proud and ever so pretty

Turns up the heat with his circus of fools

Puts the country on a roller-coaster

With broken controls

When called out for his indecisions

Calls a press conference and weeps

Dries his face and increases taxes

Entertaining Canadians with cringy moments

They range from blackface to dressing up in traditional clothing

More costume changes than an episode of Mr. Dressup

All the while, a sane person would leave

Climbing back into the hole he crawled out of

Decades later, he resigns and still slithers around Ottawa

His strutting and screwing around

It is beyond embarrassing

Like that old song goes, should I go or should I stay
