Comedy to Calamity

When it all started I laughed

and waited for

something better

 

On the eleventh month

the unthinkable

happened

 

Shock set in

horror filled my core

I laughed no more

 

Today a day of mourning

as the world tilted into the new era

of acceptable intolerance
