Forgiveness

Forgiveness

A Poem by InkSlinger

Lay open your propitious soul..

bare witness to grief's penitence

bring forth the suckle of forgiveness

that hope may flourish in the morrow.

I like the way this was constructed. Well done.

wow, you really bring the environment to life!
"bring forth the suckle of forgiveness" this is classic thought!

people think that forgiveness is incident specific...the real stuff is pervasive, and goes before you

Forgivenes does bring hope of better days. Your poem fills the reader with that hope.

I would sow seeds of patience and joy to see hope blossom...perhaps it might produce the fruit of faith. A farmer knows that growing things is always a labor of love...that was the reason Adam was given a garden to tend. I enjoyed reading this. Oh...slight typo in "flourish"...high marks regardless.
