"A fondness for power... natural to abuse it"©A Poem by inkedvocabularyGain we not perspective from historical occurrence?
Oh, Alexander, your thoughts are great and
so empirical. To the whims of destiny and Red justice which makes the Whites blue, the stripes now apparel and manifest the stars of appeal, as the bombs burst through the night of corporate growing pains. Great Scott, Sir... we're all keyed up with song and verse. Wave those flags proudly, and should Thomas be found doubting your approach, the egalitarian elect could be forced to eat Abigail's pumpkin bread while dipping snuff. The Spanish sherry is quite the aperitif, along with an evening pipe and good political debate. Tis' healthy for mind and soul to discuss and engage in such discourse; which could affect commerce and our livelihood. I can't imagine a time where it thought not possible to do so, here, and still call it freedom! Such is a toast to a little rebellion, now and then, as a good thing and quite necessary. Truly, Paine was right in saying,"These are the times that try men's souls."
