You Are Never Alone

No matter where you're going, you are never alone --

For we are all on the same journey.

Some of us may vary in our steps tread

But in the end we'll all meet up.

Because you can only go so far on two legs --

The ones behind may catch up to you

With their ambition driving them to win;

Although later they'll find this is not a race,

And walk beside you for a while,

But then turn where the wind whispers them to go.

Because sadly, we cannot all take the same roads --

For even with like journeys, our quests do differ

As do our purposes, talents, and souls.

so do not worry of the loss when one may leave

Because we cannot stay solitary forever;

For if we did, we could not reach our destinations.

I like this .I know so many people who like to isolate and they believe that is possible.. think it makes them special .. but they are not alone in doing that..funny there write poems saying they are all alone but they do not really believe it..they know someone will read and understand..because they are in the same place..good job .. good words..
