You Trapped Yourself; Escape

You Trapped Yourself; Escape

A Poem by Leanne

 Contemplating your situation

Dead as dead you may be

Living on the outskirts of Hell

Hoping you're thinking of me

Under that rain cloud above your head

And your soul locked with a key

Searching for a way to one day flee

From the chains wrapped around you mind

Praying you'll still have time

Time for the life you never lived

Time for the things you never did

Right before you die a second time

About
My name is Leanne. I don't write as much as I once did: perhaps it means that my mental health is a lot better than it was when I did write a lot or that I just have people who I can go to if I need t.. more..
