"Seeing Believes"

"Seeing Believes"

A Poem by stephen dillon

“Seeing Believes”

Catskills live in every moment of the natural grey and neutral breeze

While lilies shrink and fade away in the dirt

Artifacts for something in this a lost talk

Not spoken by a white larynx in 500 years cusses

At codecs that tell us the most but sadly I cannot read

The cryptic signs within the sea swarming with undiscovered beasts

Cryptozoology has kept us in this darkened valley far too long

Knowledge escapes us as time slowly passes in and out of the cracks in the fault line
