in front of the windowA Poem by Amrit Evan Guptawritten for a person and a blissful, saturated momentin
front of the window
through
the curtain a
wash of silver moonlight -- so beautiful-pearlescent,
such strange and fascinating
shadows pooled in the
divots and crevasses mountains
and rivers that carry the stones -- stones
that break, tumble, scream, roll, wash, sigh into smoothness valleys shrouded in mist forests glimmering with gentle rain endless
deserts and vast-soaring expanses coalesce in
a corporeal form in
front of the window blinding © 2016 Amrit Evan Gupta |
